30 November 2024, 19:30u | LAB | ACEC, Apeldoorn
Composer Leo Lehtinen and playwright Sam/Samantha Janssen take you on a timeless journey named 'Shards', inspired by the hero's journey as described by renowned mythologist Joseph Campbell. Central to this performance is the power of stories, where music becomes the carrier of a transformative journey. Through music and fragmentary stories, a young actress attempts to reconstruct her own troubled past. Together with the musicians, the audience joins her on her quest.
In this unique collaborative project, Leo and Sam explore the connection between stories and music - an experience that invites the audience to discover a new layer of the story together.
