Concertseries Aardlek: urgent matters brings music of today to Apeldoorn

Aardlek: urgent matters connects current themes with new compositions written on commission. In an informal setting, guests from different disciplines (including philosophy, design, literature, poetry and science) share their ideas and questions with the audience and the composers present.

Each series of concerts has a specific theme that is processed into a composition by four different composers from their own perspective. The composers are from different generations and have different cultural backgrounds.

The sunday afternoon concerts are given in the art gallery of the ACEC cafe Apeldoorn, Museum Arnhem and CODA Museum in Apeldoorn
