New business leader de ereprijs: Pieter Jongelie
Pieter Jongelie is the new business leader of orkest de ereprijs in Apeldoorn as of 1 december 2018. He replaces Michel Bezem.
Pieter Jongelie studied at the TU Delft and the Royal Conservatory The Hague (Drums & Audio Engineering). His braod expertise consists of both the conceptual process as strategic management. Jongelie was founder en creative director at Stichting het Hoofdkwartier and teaching professor at HKU and HAN. He was chairman of the board at Luxor Live and is boardmember at TEDx Arnhem. Jongelie resides in Arnhem from 2007 and is creative director for Arnhem Fashion Factory.
Artistic leader Wim Boerman about the appointment of Pieter Jongelie: "I fully regret that Michel is leaving, but I am also very happy that Pieter is going to enforce de ereprijs. We already worked succesful on several project together."
Resign Michel Bezem
Michel Bezem is leaving on his own initiative to “get my hands free for further exploring”. He sais to be proud of his work and that of his colleagues. Michel's resignination was consciously timed by him for the new business leader to prepare the next culture period (2021-2024). Michel was appointed in 2003 and guided de ereprijs through four of these periodes.
