Jeroen van Dijk

Jeroen van Dijk studied School Music and Horn at the Arnhem Conservatory. He has been affiliated with Orkest de Ereprijs since its founding, where he works as a horn player. He also composes and arranges for the ensemble and handles some of the sound engineering and recording.

His achievements include "Bone," a composition for solo trombone and orchestra (composed especially for Orkest de Ereprijs and trombonist Beppie Schalken), and a composition for an ANWB emergency telephone in the context of the IJssel Biennale. In December 2024, De Ereprijs presented Aardlek #13 Nieuwbouw (New Construction), featuring a large selection of Jeroen's works.

Jeroen taught music for many years and currently provides various educational projects and workshops in collaboration with De Ereprijs and ArtEZ.
